Barn Conversion floor tiling and underfloor heating install.

Converted some years ago, this Barn on the outskirts of Sheffield is having a kitchen / diner revamp. 40sqm floor space with 30sqm of 200w underfloor heating over 2 zones with a subtle expansion joint between the two. 12mm insulation was first fitted, then the whole area levelled prior to fitting the 800x400 porcelain tiles, laid in a random bond for a more natural look and scribed into the stone walls in the majority of the room.
