Update ensuite bathroom

customer wanted their ensuite tiles removed from walls and floor, pipe work hidden under floorboards and new bath fitted.
On first day we removed all the bathroom suite and noticed there had been a leak in shower area where it was loosely sat on blocks of wood, and all the marble wall tiles were dot and dabbed onto painted walls.
